You can create different types of accounts such as general manager, local manager, housekeeping staff and accountant. You can synchronize the availability of your apartments with other sites. You can manage the turning off of the light after the guest has left the house (so as not to waste electricity) or you can turn on the light in the house when a guest arrives.
